3. Refusal to eat and/or drink

   If your pet refuses food and water – it’s bad. Of course, if the cat has only missed one meal and otherwise feels fine, then you don’t have to worry. But if the cat has not eaten or drunk for a whole day, do not postpone a visit to the clinic. Everything can be very serious!

4. Prolonged vomiting and/or diarrhea

   Another emergency where a cat needs immediate veterinary attention, especially if there is blood. Almost all cats occasionally vomit or have soft stools, and such incidents are usually not something critical. But cats that vomit frequently or have severe diarrhea should be taken to the veterinarian immediately.
